Accommodation

We offer a limited number of free accommodation opportunities for our valuable festival participants who will be attending from outside of Istanbul. You can comfortably stay by bringing your own sleeping equipment.

However, do not forget to contact us to request accommodation for the limited number of places.

We would like to remind you of some important points regarding accommodation:

• A prior correspondence is required for accommodation requests.
   

• Please note that you will be staying with other people in the studio. You may want to come prepared for this (such as earplugs for snoring).
   

• Since the studios will open at 08:30 in the morning at the latest, the participants staying there must collect their personal belongings at 08:00 at the latest and arrange the area in a way that will allow the studios to be used again.
   

• Showers, kitchen and refrigerator are provided in the accommodation areas,
   

• Both studios are very close to the Söğütlüçeşme metro station. This will provide you with access to the opportunity of being right in the center of the city.
   

• Since there is limited space, we recommend that those who want to take advantage of this opportunity apply early.
